The service

Starter is free with limits. Paid plans are recurring Stripe subscriptions (monthly or yearly), not one-off invoices. Switching plan credits unused time on the new price. Cancelling does not. Type CANCEL in Billing to stop the next payment. You keep paid access until the current period ends. There is no refund for days already used. Type DELETE to drop to Starter immediately — still no refund. Card details live in the Stripe Customer Portal.

Seven days after paid access ends, the book is deleted unless you subscribe again. The login stays. Subscribe from Billing if you want a new book.

The tracker is a reminder system, not financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for actually cancelling the thing.

Money and VAT

UK customers are billed in GBP. US customers are billed in USD. The currency follows the billing country on the card, not a cheaper option on the page. You cannot pick the US price as a UK customer.

If UK VAT applies to your purchase it is calculated at checkout once tax collection is on. Until then the advertised GBP amount is what Stripe charges.

Your book

One account, one book. You can tag items personal or work. We do not offer shared household logins. Download a copy on a paid plan before the wipe date. We will not hold that export hostage.

The public demo resets. Do not put real personal data in it.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, scrape other people's books, or use it to store data you have no right to hold.

Changes

We may change features. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
