Notice90 is a product of FKIT Club Ltd (company 14507831), The Gables, Byrkley, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 9RF, United Kingdom. English law. UK courts.

The service

Starter is free with limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Unused time is credited when you switch. Cancel at any time; we will ask you to confirm so a misclick does not drop you.

The tracker is a reminder system, not financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for actually cancelling the thing.

Money and VAT

UK customers are billed in GBP. US customers are billed in USD. The currency follows the billing country on the card, not a cheaper option on the page. You cannot pick the US price as a UK customer.

If UK VAT applies to your purchase it is calculated at checkout once tax collection is on. Until then the advertised GBP amount is what Stripe charges.

Your book

One account, one book. You can tag items personal or work. We do not offer shared household logins. Download a copy on a paid plan. We will not hold that export hostage.

The public demo resets. Do not put real personal data in it.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, scrape other people's books, or use it to store data you have no right to hold.

Changes

We may change features. Material changes to these terms will be posted here.
